We are men on mission growing in our relationships with Christ, our spouses and families, giving encouragement to one another to walk in the identity and calling that God has specifically prepared for each one of us.

Why the name 210 Men?

We take Ephesians 2:10 as our calling to do the works God has prepared each of us as followers of Christ: For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

210 Men encourage each other weekly with the following 3 questions:

  1. How was your time in the word/with the Lord this past week?
  2. How did you treat/how was your time with your spouse?
  3. What can we pray for you for?
  • These questions help establish foundation for our time together, but are a guide rather than the rule.
  • Generally a group will last about 1 hour depending on the time taken by each participant. Participants are encouraged to be open, transparent and honest when answering the questions.
  • There is no judgement, shame or condemnation found in these times of sharing.
  • As the Spirit leads, words of knowledge or encouragement can be offered by others in the group.
  • Once the 3 questions are answered, the question is asked "Who would like to pray for ...?"
  • There is no pressure for participants to pray, but generally this gives an opportunity for each participant to pray.
  • Group sizes generally should not exceed 6-8 people, so that each one can share and remain within the time committed each week to the group.
